Yes, simply email support@itemnow.com and list your game, realm/server, and the items that you wanted.

2. How do I place an order?
We have derived 5 easy steps to facilitate your transaction.
1) Choose your items/currency.
2) Click checkout and fill in the required details.
3) Pay for your order.
4) Wait for our delivery instructions for Diablo 4 or Diablo 2 Resurrected, or delivery email that contains the mule account information for Diablo 2 (Legacy).
5) If somehow we haven’t contact you within 6 hours, email support@itemnow.com
PS: Itemnow user login are not required , you can check-out without signing up, although we do send out coupons occasionally to our members.

3. How can I track my order status?
You can track your order status by simply email to support@itemnow.com or sign into my account > orders page.

4. What should I do if the LiveHelp is not available?
Much as we set the highest priority for all our valued customers, instances where internet connections are temporally down or our systems might be facing some technical faults and disturbances are inevitable. In event of such situation, please do contact us via email and we will reply back to you shortly. Note : Our delivery team works 24/7.

5. Live Help is on, but no one seems to be answering?
Under such situation, we urge you to hold your cool and be a little more patient with us. Our customer service representative may be temporally away from their work station or either that, we may be experiencing high traffic volume on our live help system. After all, you are served by a human being behind a computer. However, you can contact us via email and we will revert back to you shortly.

We currently accept all major credit or debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay as our preferred online payment method.

We currently accept all major credit cards which includes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more credit/debit/gift cards.

5. How to pay with credit card without a PayPal account?
You will have an option to directly pay with credit / debit card at checkout.

6. Credit card cannot be used or getting error?
When users attempt to make a payment by using credit card without logging in to PayPal account, occasionally PayPal will reject, or doesn’t accept the credit card users desired to use with the following error message:
“The credit card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number.”
The issue is little tricky because the rejection may happen with credit card which previously accepted and worked properly, then suddenly stopped working, or worse, payment will not be accepted even if user changes or switches to any other credit cards. In this case, please use our 2nd payment option to pay with credit or debit card directly on site, and if all fails, you can try contact support@itemnow.com, we can try to analyze and help you out.

7. Refund Policy?
All completed services within the guaranteed timeframe are non-refundable. However, if we fail to deliver an order within a reasonable timeframe due to issues on our end, it may qualify for a refund.


1. What platforms do you support for Diablo 4 or Diablo 2 Resurrected orders?
We can deliver orders to all Diablo 4 or D2R platforms: PC, XBox, PS4, PS5, Switch. You can choose the platform of your choice at checkout.

2. It’s been over 12 hours and no information about my order!
If you’ve not heard anything from us after 12 hours of payment; there maybe an issue that most likely your email provider blocked/trashed our delivery email (please check spam/trash/promotion folders for our emails too). In that case, please contact us or catch us on live chat, we will be glad to resend you the email fairly quick. Also we would recommend you to add payments@itemnow.com and support@itemnow.com into your email contact list, and this will ensure that our emails will not be junk/filtered/blocked in the future.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the web browser installed.

2. I am getting error when adding to cart “Please choose items from 1 realm or empty the cart”?
This means you have added items from different realm/server or game. Please clear your cart and restart your item selections!

We’re currently not looking for any new employee, but we do appreciate your interest. If you are an influencer, we are happy to sponsor you, just drop us a note on the contact us page.

2. Does Itemnow buy or trade items?
We’re currently not trade or buy any items.

3. Do you guys give repeat customers discounts or bonuses?
At some shops, if you’re spending less than $50 you’ll never get a bonus and we think that’s crazy. Itemnow always offer best promotion bonus for our customer, just check the main page for any promotion that’s going will be posted. We frequently post coupons on our Facebook page, and emailed our members.

4. Do you provide Diablo 2 Resurrected Classic or Expansion items in your store?
All of our items are for Diablo 2 Resurrected Non Classic or Diablo 2 (Legacy) Expansion LOD. We’ve never dealt with Classic and have no immediate or future plans to do so. If this changes, we’ll update this FAQ and probably make a news post.

5. I lost the password to my user account, how do I get it back?
You can retrieve your user account password by forget password and following the steps provided there.
