How will the items/currencies be delivered to me?
For Diablo II, we will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you ordered. The login and password of this account will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you’ve provided at checkout. After you have received the email, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the mule account before it expires. Mules expire 10 days after creation if nobody has logged into them. It is important that you get your items within that period of time. Our LiveChat representatives are available to help transfer your items to your character.
Most orders(including New Ladder season ones) will be delivered fast within 5 – 10 minutes, in rare cases it may take up to 2 hours of the time they are placed. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. Be sure to also check your spam/trash/promotion folders in your email provider for our delivery email with the mule account login information. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 6 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible because a problem may occurred during payment/emailing. We have staff delivering items around-the-clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, delivery team never stops.
How will the items/gold be delivered to me?
For Diablo III, before you click pay on Pay-Pal, please leave your account name or battle-Tag either in the payment instruction or email us with your account name or battle-Tag or come to LiveChat for delivery. We will whisper you in Diablo 3 and give the items/gold to you directly in game. If you were not online, our delivery team will add you into our friend list and will whisper you as soon as you get on (delivery team works 24 hours a day / 7 days a week). The estimated time for delivery will be 30 minutes – 2 hours after your items has been purchased.
